The MYP is for students in grades 6-10 and follows on from the PYP.
The MYP is designed to teach you to:
become an independent learner
understand the relationships between school subjects and the world outside
explore global issues and ideas
analyse issues, generate ideas and solve real-life problems alone or in groups
make connections between your subjects
In the MYP you will take subjects from the eight subject groups centred around the IB learner profile.
You will also:
acquire new and improve existing skills that help you 'learn how to learn'
participate in service projects
