Hello! My name is JP Napier, and I teach Sports Marketing I Honors & Marketing I at Lake Norman High School. I’m originally from Pickerington, Ohio, and earned my undergraduate degree from Hampton University before completing my MBA at Lake Erie College. In addition to teaching, I also serve as an assistant coach for the Men’s Lacrosse Team here at Lake Norman.

I’m a passionate Ohio State football fan and, for better or worse, a lifelong Dallas Cowboys supporter. Sports have always been a central part of my life, and I value the lessons they teach about discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. Outside the classroom, I enjoy fitness, coaching lacrosse, and training wide receivers—opportunities that allow me to stay connected to athletics while helping young athletes grow both on and off the field.
