Hello, my name is Erica Davis, and this is my sixth year as a proud Wildcat. I have been in education since 2015.
My journey into teaching began after spending ten years working at a group home for children, where I developed a deep appreciation for guiding and supporting young people. That experience naturally led me to education, where I found my place in Career & Technical Education.

Through CTE, I have the privilege of teaching students about business and helping them build the skills they need to become successful and employable in today’s world. I currently teach Marketing 1, Entrepreneurship, Career Management, and Business Essentials.

I am passionate about creating an inclusive classroom environment where students from all backgrounds feel welcomed and respected. I believe collaboration across different perspectives is not only the foundation of business but also of personal growth. My hope is to prepare students for the real world, inspire them to thrive in a technology-driven society, and remind them that kindness matters everywhere.
