Think about needs, create your own project plan with the timeline
Involve more people, set the roles, share the project with leaders and co-ordinators
Promote it!
Start to work on it!
Sharing awareness through the campaign is also a very valuable activity
Celebrate success and share your experiences, stories, photos with others
