Editor's Note
Welcome to the final issue of Nexus for the academic year 2023-24. What a journey it has been! This month did not have a particular theme, as it is the last one of this school year and it’s always fascinating to see the beautiful spectrum of ideas that our writers come up with. This is a time of retrospection, but also one of exploration; as such, our writers have explored the various disciplines of music, culture, history, and current affairs through their compelling articles.
As we come to a close, we would like to thank all our readers, the WoRLD club, the STEM club, One Million Lights Philippines, the Mental Health Awareness Club, all our supporters ever since the newsletter commenced in 2021, and above all, our writers. None of this would have been possible without your diligence, dear fellow litterateurs and storytellers, and I’m grateful for all the amazing people I’ve met, as well as the fantastic pieces I’ve read over the course of nine issues. I hope all of you are proud of your work this year, and that you keep writing tenaciously.
Nexus will be back with vigour in September under our new co-Editors-in-Chief, Shaasvata and Stella. It will be awesome. Until then, we hope you enjoy your summer and learn some fantastic things!
Thank you all for a brilliant year. Here’s the May 2024 issue.
Signing off,
Aarushi Kaushik, Editor-in-Chief
