ILIA was onsite at YO Baltimore recruiting Baltimore City Public Schools alumni ages 18–24 for its Project Management Training program. Candidates explored professional coaching, skills training, and entrepreneurship opportunities, while receiving a $100 weekly stipend during training. This initiative strengthens Baltimore’s workforce pipeline and empowers young adults to transition confidently into meaningful careers. Read more!
ILIA participated in the Career Fair managed and organized by the Mayor’s Office of Employment Development (MOED) at Sandtown Winchester Senior Center. The event connected job seekers with employers and training providers, resulting in 19 enrollments.
