We decided to add a second level, to increase the amount of cooking time. Now, the cooking time is approximately ten hours instead of five. Now, someone can use the system for a whole day without having to refill. We did this by adding a new floor, for a second bladder to sit on.
With the second layer in place, we found out that it was much harder to slide the levels up and down. This was partly because of the material we used at the beginning, the metal was hollow and lightweight weight which came with its own drawbacks; it bent and was overall really weak. We needed to use a stronger metal for the sliding to be much easier and stable. We used steel rods/bars, which helped the system slide smoother because not only was it less thick but also bent less easily, and could withstand the weight and the additional movement.
