Last October, our school had the amazing opportunity to host students and teachers from Turkey and Portugal as part of an Erasmus exchange program. It was an exciting and enriching experience, allowing us to connect with people from different cultures and share our traditions.

Throughout the week, we showed our guests the most beautiful places in our province, from historical landmarks to natural landscapes. It was wonderful to see their enthusiasm and curiosity as they explored our territory. We also organized various activities, including traditional food tastings, cultural workshops, and group games, which helped us bond and learn from one another.

Beyond the educational aspect, this experience was incredibly fun. We made new friends, improved our language skills, and discovered many similarities between our cultures. Saying goodbye was not easy, but we know this exchange has created lasting memories and meaningful connections.

This week reminded us how valuable cultural exchange is and how much we can grow by stepping out of our comfort zone.

Erasmus is a great opportunity to make new friends all around the world and to create memories that you will remember in your whole life.

In October, we had the pleasure of hosting a group of students from Turkey and Portugal in Luino for an Erasmus project. For five days, we shared not only our town but also experiences, emotions, and moments of growth that will remain in our hearts forever. It was incredible to discover their traditions, exchange cultural perspectives, and create bonds that went beyond language differences. Each day was a mix of activities, laughter, and idea-sharing, allowing us to open our minds and see the world from new perspectives. Through visits, workshops, and days spent together, a special atmosphere developed - one of friendship and connection. We learned so much from one another, but most importantly, we realized that despite the distances, we are more alike than we think. Saying goodbye was not easy, but we know that this experience has enriched us, and the memories of these days will stay with us forever. Erasmus is not just a project; it is an opportunity to grow, learn, and feel like citizens of the world.
