Professional Growth Plan

At ISG, professional learning is centered on our mission and student achievement goals. This is achieved through a combination of three major influencing factors: ISG’s Strategic Goals, individual school goals and staff self-assessment. Professional Growth Plans (PGP) are designed for individual learning and stem from staff's self-reflection. Through their PGP, each staff member reflects on the Standards of Professional Practice, their professional practice and ISG's mission and goals to choose an area of growth for the year.
