Michael is a professor at a German online university, leading study programs in economics and sustainability management, also teaching different subjects in business and finance. His professional background includes more than two decades in management roles at the World Bank Group and the United Nations, dealing with international development issues and biodiversity protection as well as financial management and fundraising. He also worked in investment banking and management consulting. Michael is a Board member at ISD and his daughter attends the ISD Elementary School. His passion is to contribute to preserving our world for future generations by inspiring business leaders to take effective action in ecological and social sustainability.
