Essentials

• Passport & ID

• Health insurance card

• Some cash or card (40-50 euros recommended)

Clothing

• Jacket or coat (a medium-weight waterproof jacket is ideal)

• Sweaters or warm layers

• Comfortable clothing for 3-4 days

• Comfortable walking shoes (Düsseldorf has many places to walk, we will also be offering the option of a morning walk up the Rhein to ISD on the Friday, weather dependent)

• A hat (mornings & evenings can be chilly)

• Sleepwear

• Lightweight umbrella or rain poncho

• Toiletries

Conference Needs

• Notebook & pen

• Small daypack

• Refillable water bottle
