I used to teach an elective called, "Chick Lit". Good idea in theory, but needed some re-vamping. It's very clear that we need more opportunities to talk about mental health, so the idea of "Sick Lit" was born.
In attempt to appeal to more students, the course description does mention physical health, also, but admittedly, it's almost entirely mental health focused.
