You can practice Mindfulness ANYWHERE and at ANYTIME! Sometimes we think it is best for it to be quiet for us to do but as you practice you can do it outside with the sounds of nature, in a room in your house while your family are doing other things, and the more you practice the easier it gets even with distractions. Have a mindful day!
Mindfulness for all the things. This is a great one for kids, parents, teachers, ANYONE!! Let Ms. Rikki take you on a little journey to help get some feelings off your shoulders, even if it is just for a little bit. Find a nice calm and quiet spot and let your imagination take you away!
Take a journey as though you are a bird. How did it go? What did you see, hear and feel?
Take a boat ride to a special destination. Could you feel the breeze? How did it make you feel?
Remember practicing makes us better at being mindful and taking a mindful journey. Could you feel the sand? How did your beach look? Were you alone or with someone?
