Class Overview
Here at Northside Elementary, Kindergarten through 5th Grades students have performances throughout the year to showcase to their parents and the community of St. James their musicial abilities. We have our annual Winter Holiday Performance and our Jr. Spring Musicial.
Finding nemo jr.
Finding nemo jr.
In May 2024, Northside students did Disney's Finding Nemo Jr. Musical under the direction of Mrs. Cathy Bruce, Mrs. Pam Olsen, and Miss Emily Dewes.
Lion King Musical jr.
In May 2023, Northside students did Disney's Lion King Jr. Musical under the direction of Mrs. Cathy Bruce and Mrs. Pam Olsen.
MISS EMILY DEWES
NORTHSIDE GENERAL MUSIC DIRECTOR
Miss Dewes started working at Northside Elementary in the 2023-2024 school year. She receieved her bachelor's degree in K-12 Classroom & Vocal Music Education in 2021 from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She spent the 2022-2023 school year teaching K-4 music at Staples-Motley Elementary. She is looking forward to meeting everyone and having lots of magical, musical moments.
