"If we teach today's students as we taught yesterday's, we rob them of tomorrow." ― John Dewey

ABOUT our Strategic Direction

We work strategically to meet the current requirements of our academic standards while also striving to integrate principles of 21st century learning including the 4Cs: communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking while being community focused.  The skills needed for success in college and career are becoming increasingly complex, and we must rise to meet new demands. Technology is a key driver of the innovation needed to impact student learning outcomes. Our work to develop 21st Century Learners aligns with our vision to provide "innovative learning opportunities" to ensure that all learners are "college, career, and life ready."
