We are approaching the 87th Annual Carolers Season and we are excited to welcome the season with you.
We will have a firm deadline for Carolers requests on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 7th. All requests must be digitally received on or before November 7th in order to facilitate schedules between locations, transportation services, and student schedules. Due to the high demand, please know any requests made after November 7th will not be accommodated. It is the intention to have all businesses notified of their scheduled time by Monday, November 17th.
For-profit organizations: Generous patrons, such as yourself, make the continuation of this ensemble possible. The minimum sponsorship is $60.00 per business per appearance. Funds are used for postage, bus transportation, advertising, music/folder replacement, and cleaning and storing of the robes. We greatly appreciate the generosity of sponsors who choose to give more.
Non-Profit Organizations: An honorarium of $60 - $100 is appreciated!
All money can be sent ℅ Music Boosters of Owatonna PO Box 116 Owatonna, MN 55060 with the note stating ‘Carolers’. Alternatively, you may go to: www.mbowatonna.org and complete the ‘Donate’ form online (this is a paypal transaction). They also accept Venmo and can be located using: @musicboostersowatonna. The donations are tax exempt and a receipt will be issued if requested.
