This summer, we will be offering two different sessions for the athletes to attend. Due to COVID-19 pandemic and abiding by federal health regulations, most of our sessions will be capped at 2 groups of 25. The sessions you sign up for will be the session you must attend all summer. We will be practicing social distancing within each groups and will NOT SHARE any equipment until it is sanitized for the next athlete. Guidelines are listed on the next page of this site.
Who: Zimmerman High School students entering grades 9-12 in Fall of 2020
When: June 15 (as of now)-August 7. (no sessions July 3-5)
Where: Zimmerman High School Track/Football Stadium
Cost: $20. Please bring check/cash on first day. Money will be used on sanitizing product and upgrades to the weight room.
What to bring:
Own water bottle. Sharing is not permitted
Towel. Used for laying on, sweat, etc.
Waiver Statement. The enrolled participant do for themselves, heirs, executives, and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages we may have against Elk River School District ISD #728, or other district sites for any and all injuries suffered by me or my child while participating on and/or arising from the use of any facilities of the above mentioned school district. By registering for Speed and Strength, we also recognize the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume any risk to which we may exposed to from said enrollment.
