Becker Youth Volleyball Board

President - Wally Brown (2025-Present)

• • The President provides overall leadership and direction for the volleyball program. They oversee board operations, lead meetings, ensure organizational goals are met, and serve as the primary point of contact for the community. The President supports all board members, helps guide decision-making, and ensures the program runs smoothly and aligns with its mission. The President registers the program with JVA and each team for their tournaments. 

Vice President - Danielle Johnson (2026-Present)

• • The Vice President supports the President and steps in when the President is unavailable. They assist with overseeing board operations, help coordinate key initiatives, and often take on special projects. The Vice President plays a key role in ensuring communication and collaboration across all areas of the program.

Secretary - Danielle Johnson (2025) Looking for NEW member for 2026!

• • The Secretary is responsible for maintaining accurate records of the organization. This includes taking meeting minutes, managing official documents, handling correspondence, and ensuring important information is communicated to board members. The Secretary helps keep the organization organized and transparent.

Treasurer - Laura Benson (2025-Present)

• • The Treasurer manages the financial aspects of the organization. Responsibilities include tracking income and expenses, maintaining financial records, preparing budgets, and providing financial reports to the board. The Treasurer ensures funds are handled responsibly and in alignment with the organization’s goals.

Volunteer Coordinator - Clara Frommelt (2025-Present)

• • The Volunteer Coordinator organizes and communicates with volunteers. They ensure all events, teams, and activities are adequately staffed and that volunteers understand their roles. This Volunteer Coordinator organizes the concession stand needs including menu items, securing groceries, and pricing.

Assistant Volunteer Coordinator - Looking for NEW member for 2026!

• • The Assistant Volunteer Coordinator supports the Volunteer Coordinator in managing volunteer needs. They help with scheduling, communication, and event support. This role ensures continuity and helps cover responsibilities when additional support is needed.

Coaching Coordinator - Katie Mavencamp (2025-Present)

• • The Coaching Coordinator oversees the recruitment, support, and development of coaches within the program. They help ensure coaches are prepared, communicate expectations, and may assist with training or resources. This role helps maintain a positive and effective coaching environment for athletes.

Equipment/Apparel Coordinator - Looking for NEW member for 2026!

• • The Equipment/Apparel Coordinator manages all equipment and uniforms for the program. This includes ordering, inventory, distribution, and collection. They ensure teams have the necessary gear and help maintain organization and consistency in apparel and equipment use.

Social Media/Website Coordinator - Katie Mavencamp (2025-Present)

• • The Social Media/Website Coordinator manages the organization’s online presence. They update the website, post on social media platforms, and share important announcements, schedules, and highlights. This role helps promote the program and keeps families informed and engaged.

Community Ed & Scheduling Coordinator - Danielle Johnson (2025) Looking for NEW member for 2026!

• • The Community Ed & Scheduling Coordinator works with the Becker Community Education people and manages scheduling for practices and events. They coordinate facility use, communicate schedules to families and coaches, and ensure logistics run efficiently.
