Mission and Action Steps
The mission of Becker Youth JO Volleyball is to provide the youth of Becker, MN, with a positive, fun, and welcoming environment to learn the game of volleyball.
We achieve this by:
Developing athletes who take personal responsibility.
Teaching time management skills.
Showing athletes how to work together to accomplish goals.
Coaching athletes on how to be supportive teammates.
Building skills to handle both success and adversity in positive ways.
Teaching effective communication with adults and peers.
Developing self-confidence and internal competitive drive.
Coaches are provided with a coaches clinic, Google Drive library of drills and skills, and open communication with questions or concerns about coaching.
Every player receives quality coaching centered around teaching the fundamentals of volleyball; learning the Bulldogs Volleyball Way!
