Take Care of Your Body- Eat Well, Sleep Well, Train Well, Race Well
Preparation both Mentally and Physically- Be prepared before practice and meets with proper attire and attitude. Duality is in the details- Create positive habits, find success in the details, do the little things, details matter in your success.
