I coach to help student athletes strive for excellence in sport and in life.  To teach them about perseverance, and to have a genuine respect for others around them.  I want everyone of my athletes to feel a part of our family,  and understand each one has a vital role to the team.  No individual is greater than another.  "Team First Individual Second." If the team is first, individual accomplishments will follow."
