Device Information and Support
A device protection plan is available for devices (Chromebooks and tablets) that are part of the District’s 1:1 take-home device program (Grades 6-12) and for K-12 families enrolled in 622 Online. The protection plan is optional. However, families will be responsible for the cost of any damage without the protection plan.
The plan cost is $30 per student per school year. If your student qualifies for free or reduced-price lunch, please complete this form.
By choosing not to participate in the protection plan, families will be required to reimburse the school district up to the total replacement cost of a device for any repair or replacement of a damaged or stolen device in the care of their students.
