How to Request an Official Fertile-Beltrami High School Transcript
Fertile-Beltrami School uses Parchment, a secure, electronic document transfer service to handle all current and former students' transcript requests. Current students may request transcripts at no charge. An unofficial transcript can be requested either in person from Ms. Bosman or via Parchment as part of the account creation/registration process. Click the "Order my Transcript" beside to proceed.

Current FBHS students should see Ms. Bosman for their unique registration code and web address so their account is automatically linked to Fertile-Beltrami High School. Students will get their account access in the spring of their junior year.
Tips for successful ordering
Tips for successful ordering
- Once you've created your account, you are able to order your transcript - it's a separate process from the account setup. On the main page once you're logged in, scroll down to a box that says "Order".
- You'll know your order is complete when you get the screen telling you your request was successful.
- Once you've completed the steps to order a transcript, you can check its status by clicking on "Orders" on the top of your main Parchment screen.

You can obtain your unofficial college transcript for free at anytime through each schools eservices (MyU, Sparten Net, D2L) page using your starID. Requesting an official college transcript requires a fee to be paid. If you are requesting your college credits be transferred to an institution with in the Minnesota State System, you may not need to request official transcripts.
