Request a Fertile-Beltrami High School Transcript

Fertile-Beltrami School uses Parchment, a secure, electronic document transfer service to handle all current and former students' transcript requests. Current students may request transcripts at no charge. An unofficial transcript can be requested either in person from Ms.  Bosman or via Parchment as part of the account creation/registration process. 

Setting Up Your Account

Current FBHS students should see Ms. Bosman for their unique registration code and web address so their account is automatically linked to Fertile-Beltrami High School. 

College Transcript Request

College In The High School Courses

College  In The High School courses provide you high school and college credits.  However  Fertile -Beltrami can only provide high school transcripts. You can obtain your unofficial college transcript for free at anytime through each  schools eservices page. Requesting an official college transcript requires a fee to be paid.  If you are requesting your college credits be transferred to an institution with in the Minnesota State System, you may not need to request official transcripts.
