FOUR ESSENTIAL QUESTIONS

  1. What do we expect our students to learn? (Goals and Expectations)

  3. How will we respond when they don't learn? (Intervention)

  4. How will we respond if they already know it?

MENTORSHIP

Mission & Overview:

Mentoring involves more open-ended questioning prompting self-discovery. A mentor actively listening and offering pushes the mentee toward a point where they reflect on questions to help mentee discover one’s assets and help develop those within leadership skills. The relationship is a bond that develops confidentiality and trust. A mentor can encourage something to happen, but the mentee sets the agenda (Ed Finkel, February 9, 2021).
