Bio: This is my 28th year teaching 3rd grade in Battle Lake and my 30th year with the school district! I absolutely love third grade and feel blessed to be able to stay here! I have been married for 43 years to my high school sweetheart, go Ellendale Cardinals! I have two grown sons and one grandchild, Henley Lane. She is the love of my life! My hobbies include sewing, felting, crafting, tending many flower gardens, growing vegetables, canning and preserving them, raising my own chickens - because what is better than homegrown eggs and chicken? I love being home, in my sanctuary, and spending time with my family in the summer months away from school.

In Third Grade we learn about our 50 states and end our year with the One and Only PARADE OF STATES!!
