Beginning with the 2021-22 school year, the district will improve its onboarding process for new staff and will create an onboarding manual
Beginning with the 2021-22 school year, the district will enhance its mentorship program for teachers new to the district.
Beginning in the 2021-22 school year, the district will explore providing additional opportunities for mental health support to staff
For implementation in the 2021-22 school year, the district will develop a guide for substitute staff.
For implementation in the 2022-23 school year, the district will refine its Teacher Development and Evaluation plan as well as professional development and evaluation for non-certified staff.
