2023 - 2024
* We hope to raise money to replace the small toy in the school playground, which kindergartners use until 2nd grade. It has been due to be replaced for a long time. We need to raise at least $65,000, and hope to have this new playground in for the next school year!
* Bookfair continues to help update the school library books and teachers' classroom books, this is not a money making event we buy books for the schools and gift books to students with Scholastic Dollars
* We will continue to give back to the students by helping pay for field trips, buses, etc. As well as recognize the staff during the year.
2022-2023
* Our school principal, a few families, and the PTA got involved to start the long process of figuring out what Sunset Terrace would need for a new playground, and now we have to fundraise to raise the necessary monies needed to get the much-needed upgrade! We are told $90,000 is what we need to get, so we are going to work hard during the summer to find a solution
* We did get our first-ever school Mascot, and he looks great! Now to find volunteers (parents, volunteers, and staff will be able to wear)!
* We will continue to give back to the students by helping pay for field trips, planners, author visits, buses, etc. As well as recognize the staff during the year.
