Princeton High School is bringing students, families, alumni, local businesses, and the entire Princeton community together for an unforgettable Homecoming 2026 celebration on Friday, October 9!
This year, Homecoming is about more than a football game, it’s about tradition, community, and Tiger pride.
The celebration begins with Running Back Tradition, a ceremonial relay carrying the Homecoming game football from Chisago Lakes High School back to Princeton High School. Princeton cross-country runners will carry the football along the route before passing it through members of our community, school leaders, alumni, and current students, symbolically connecting Princeton's past, present, and future.
Then, from 3:30–7:00 PM, the area outside Tiger Stadium comes alive for a huge Homecoming Community Tailgate Party!
Local businesses and community organizations will join Princeton students and families for an afternoon filled with games, activities, inflatables, food, music, giveaways, historical displays, and plenty of orange-and-black Tiger spirit.
The celebration leads directly into the 7:00 PM Homecoming football game at Tiger Stadium.
Whether you're a current Tiger, a future Tiger, an alum, a parent, or simply part of the Princeton community, you're invited to be part of it.
One school. One community. Generations of Tigers.
Once a Tiger, Always a Tiger.
