Please try these basic troubleshooting steps before calling or emailing the helpline.
These steps will resolve a lot of possible issues you may have while using your device.
Open Chrome
Press CTRL + H
On the left side click “Clear Browsing Data”
Check all the boxes
Click Clear Data
Restart the Device
Press and hold the POWER button and wait for a pop-up. Select Power Off and the device will shut down
If your device does not pop up with a power off button please press the POWER and REFRESH buttons
Turn on the device by pressing the POWER button
