Interested in Volunteering at West? Start Here!

We love having family and community volunteers at West Rapids—and we’re excited to share that we’ve launched a new digital volunteer system to make it easier than ever to get involved.

We are now using the West Rapids Volunteer Portal for all volunteer sign-ups. This system replaces our previous paper forms and helps us streamline the approval and scheduling process.

Here’s what you need to know:

• All volunteers must complete an online application—even if it’s for a one-time event.

• Once approved, you’ll be added to West’s volunteer list and ready to help when opportunities arise.

• We’ll use the Nav360 Events feature to post upcoming events and volunteer needs. You’ll be able to sign up for those opportunities directly through the portal.

Already submitted a paper application this year? No worries—your information is still on file. Moving forward, though, we encourage all new and returning volunteers to use the digital system.
