7th grade FACS

In 7th Grade FACS students will be introduced to many different areas of Family and Consumer Science. They will be learning about proper nutrition and how to prepare a variety of healthy food items. Students will get a chance to practice the things they learned about healthy eating when they plan and open up for business their own snack shop. Seventh graders will be learning about developmental assets and how building them will help them be more successful. Learning how to take care of their own clothes and operate a sewing machine will also be part of this class.
