7th & 8th Grade Art

In 7th and 8th grade art, students will develop their visual-spatial skills and expand their creativity through a variety of 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional media and projects. Along with a more traditional art curriculum, both machine and hand sewing are part of our 7-8 art curriculum, providing even more opportunities to expand the skills and creative potential of our students! The 7th and 8th graders will have the same curriculum, which will rotate every other year. One year we'll do more traditional art projects, the next year we'll focus on machine and hand sewing and fiber arts.
