     **All students in grades 7-9 are Junior High  AND Varsity competitors.

Expectations:

• Attend MOST tournaments

• Attend ALL mandatory events. Failure to attend mandatory events will result in the forfeiture of a JWP Letter in Speech for that season.

• Each team member is responsible to notify Mrs. Oelke at least one week in advance of each tournament s/he can't attend. (Failure to do so can cost the team $85.00 per competitor).

Jan 5, 6, 7: Workshop Week, 3:15-4:30

Jan 12 – April 9: Individual Practices

January 28, February 25, March 20, April TBD Team Practices 

Basic Expectations:

• Attend at least one workshop session.

• Attend individually scheduled weekly practice.

•  Notify individual practice coach in advance if not able to attend a practice session. S/He will be responsible for re-scheduling practice time, knowing that a time slot may not be available.

• Attend practice during the week in order to attend a tournament on Saturday.

• Practice DAILY on own.
