JWP Counseling

About the School Counseling Program

School Counselors provide support services for students in three main areas. Career and future readiness, academic support, and social/emotional support. These services are provided in a variety of settings such as classroom/advisory lessons, individual counseling sessions, or small group settings.

Welcome to the Counseling page for JWP Schools.

I look forward to serving students and families in the areas of academic, career, post-secondary, social and emotional learning.

I am a graduate of Minnesota State University - Mankato, where I completed my undergraduate degree, and my Master's in School Counseling. Prior to my employment with JWP Schools, I worked for 10 years as a School Counselor, and 4 years in administration.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and family. My hobbies include travelling, reading, water sports, baking, crafting, and being at the lake.
