About the School Counseling Program
School Counselors provide support services for students in three main areas. Career and future readiness, academic support, and social/emotional support. These services are provided through classroom lessons, individual counseling sessions, and small group settings.
Hello, I am Mrs. Kusske and excited to meet you and your student/s!
I have always found passion in what I do.
I graduated from University of Minnesota - Duluth with a teaching math degree. After teaching for several years I went back to get my Masters at Minnesota State University Moorhead for School Counseling. I have been a school counselor since 2012, and at JWP since 2017.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and family. My hobbies include cooking, baking, crafting, being outdoors and reading. It's important to find what you are passionate about in life. My goal is to help your student(s) start finding their passions and a life full of learning!
