7:00 am  Coaches meeting at Jan's place

Individual Races:

8:00 am  Boys  Classic 5 km race  (1 skier every 15 sec)

8:45 am  Girls  Classic 5 km race  (1 skier every 15 sec)

Team Sprints:  Classic, 4 x 1.2K

9:30am  Boys Team Sprint Heat 1 Timed Final

9:50 am  Boys Team Sprint Heat 2 Timed Final

10:10 am Girls Team Sprint Heat 1 Timed Final

10:30 am Girls Team Sprint Heat 2 Timed Final

11:00 am  Break for workers to set up Freestyle Pursuit

Pursuit Freestyle 5K

11:30 am  Boys pursuit start freestyle 5 km race

12:15 pm  Girls pursuit start freestyle 5 km race

1:30 pm - Awards Jan's Place

NOTE!!  The meet will be run on a rolling schedule (similar to track) When the Timer is ready, we will start the next race.

COURSES (tentative)

5k Course: Hyland Man-made 5k loop; Willow, Star, Frogtown, Scenic Foothills and Boulder Ridge

Sprint Relay Course:  Willow/Star Short-cut Loop (1.2K)

SCORING

Team Scoring: Top 3 skiers from  5 in the Individual Pursuit  +   Relay Team score (2 skier scores) based on final Sprint Relay place.  

STATE QUALIFICATION: 

Teams:  7 skiers from the 1st place team and 7 skiers from the 2nd place team (14 total).

                A team of 7 includes: 5 Individual Pursuit Skiers and 2 Relay Skiers. 

  Individuals:  Top 4  Individual Pursuit skiers not on the top 2 teams plus the fastest Sprint Relay team.  (2 skiers) when excluding the top 2 State qualifying teams.
