Kiersten Hansen

Kiersten Hansen joined the Burnsville Boys Basketball program as the JV coach and Varsity assistant in 2023. Her previous coaching experience includes 5 years coaching various levels of basketball and three years coaching football at Eden Prairie. Kiersten also played college basketball at Bethel University and quarterbacked for the Minnesota Vixen, the state’s semi- professional tackle football team. 

Starting in the 2025-2026 season, Coach Kiersten has become the Varsity Assistant and Director of Basketball Operation. 

As a coach, she is dedicated to helping players develop a work ethic and a commitment to show up for one another on and off the court.
