The following steps MUST be completed BEFORE you can login to Fridley Account and Chromebook.

STEP 1 – LOGIN TO THE PASSWORD PORTAL
Power up your Fridley Chromebook.
Click on the Apps waffle on the bottom left-hand corner of the screen and select the following link: https://fpsaccountmgr.fridley.k12.mn.us/
NOTE: If you are using a personal device, visit https://fpsaccountmgr.fridley.k12.mn.us/
Sign into the Password Portal by entering your Username:
The First 5 letters of your last name and your personID: (Example: Smith5555)
NOTE: Do not include @ISD14.org
Enter your Default Password:
The word Fridl3y (with a capital F) and the YYYYMMDD of your birthdate (Example: Fridl3y20030105) and select Login.
You should see the following message:
"Welcome! This portal offers you the power of password self-service!"
You will also see the following message:
"Enroll now to enjoy these benefits! Click Here."
Select the Click Here button.
STEP 2 – SELECT YOUR 2 SECURITY QUESTIONS
Select the “Please select a Question” dropdown.
Enter your responses to the questions.
Answers are case sensitive and need to be at least 4 characters long.
Select Next.
If you are successful, you will see the following message:
"You have successfully enrolled."
STEP 3 – RESET YOUR PASSWORD
Select the Change Password tab at the top of the screen.
You will be prompted to enter your Old Password:
This is the Default Password provided to you in Step 1.
The word Fridl3y (with a capital F) and the YYYYMMDD of your birthdate (Example: Fridl3y20030105) and select Login.
Enter your NEW password.
Your NEW password will need to meet the complexity requirements.
NOTE: You cannot use your first name, last name or any combination of your name.
NOTE: You cannot use the word Fridley.
NOTE: You cannot use the word Tiger or Tigers.
NOTE: Your password must contain at least 1 Upper Case Character, 1 Lower Case Character.
NOTE: The minimum password length is 8
If your password meets the requirements, you will see all green check marks.
Select Change Password.
Once selected, you should see the following message:
Password change successful for the following account.
You will see your account information.
Select Close.
In the top right-hand corner of the Chromebook, find the imoji, select the drop-down arrow and select Sign Out.
Select the power button and select Sign Out.
STEP 4 – LOGIN TO THE CHROMEBOOK
You will see the following prompt:
Sign in to your Chomebook.
Select Next.
Enter the First 5 letters of your last name and your personID: (Example: Smith5555)
NOTE: Do not include @ISD14.org if using a District Chromebook, the ISD14.org is already provided.
Select Next.
Enter your new Password:
This is the password you updated in STEP 3.
STEP 5 – LOGIN TO CLEVER
Go to http://clever.com/in/fridley OR find the Clever ICON in the Chrome Browser
On the Clever page, select Log in with Google and select your Account to continue.
The Clever page provides you to access all of the Apps for Fridley Public Schools including Distance Learning links, Edgenuity, Google Classroom, Fridley Schools links and additional links created by your Teacher(s).
Select any of the Apps or Links on this page to start working.
