1. I am having trouble logging into my Chromebook or Campus.
Inform your teacher and they can submit a Ticket on your behalf to reset your password. This new password will be used for both logging into your Chromebook and Campus.
Alternatively you can email Studenthelp@isd14.org and include your name, grade and teacher in the body of the message. From there someone will respond to your email to help you access your accounts.
2. How can I connect to the Internet in District Buildings?
To connect to the network you will need to make sure you're connecting to the Fpsguest network and using the password: fpsguest
After signing in you will need to make sure you accept the Acceptable Use Policy that will either pop-up or appear in your Web Browser.
3. I am having problems with my District provided Device.
If your device is not working properly, is damaged or has issues with the charger, please reach out to your teacher and let them know as soon as possible.
