I live in Victoria with my husband, Scott, 3 children (Allison 18, Gregory 16 and Nicholaus 12), and my dog, Tessa. Allison is now a freshman at Florida Gulf Coast University, studying marine sciences. Gregory attends Chanhassen High School, and Nicholaus attends Chaska Middle School East. I grew up in Chaska and graduated from Chaska High School. I went on to college at the University of Minnesota where I received my BS in physical education and Master's degree in Kinesiology. My first teaching job took me to Hampton, VA where I taught middle school Health and PE. I also did one year of substitute teaching in Indianapolis, IN. I LOVE sports, especially football (go VIKINGS) and gymnastics. I was a gymnast for 15 years. I enjoy gardening, fishing, traveling, waterskiing, downhill skiing, softball/baseball, spending time with family and friends, and just being outside!

I have been teaching physical education for 23 years. Of those 23 years, 21 has been in district 112, and 17 have been here at Clover Ridge Elementary. I love working with kids and look forward to another great year!
