Meet Information
TRANSPORTATION RELEASE FORM - this form has to be completed and turned into the Activities Office (or a head coach) prior to any athlete being able to have alternative transportation to any away meet. If this isn’t completed, we assume the athlete will be riding the bus with us to away meets. One form is good for the whole season, but doesn’t necessarily mean that you are committing to have a rider to all meets of the season.
