The publication is the result of two years of historical and editorial research conducted by a team coordinated by Łukasz Żywulski, head of the Regional Chamber at the Municipal Public Library Teodor Heneczko of Piekary Śląskie, who invited Monika Tomys, editor, Leszek Bensz, regionalist, and nearly 40 people who joined the social action of transcription of letters pro publico bono.
