Fiona Reynolds is an accomplished learning leader, currently serving as Chief Learning Officer at UnconstrainED in Minneapolis, Minnesota. With nearly two decades of experience in education across diverse international settings, including India and Brazil, Fiona brings a global perspective to her work. Her expertise spans educational strategy, content development, wellbeing initiatives, and school leadership. 

Prior to UnconstrainED, Fiona held significant roles such as Global Head of Educational Strategy and Content at RoundGlass Learning and Director of Wellbeing at Avenues: The World School. Her extensive tenure at the American School of Bombay, including eight years as Deputy Head of School, underscores her deep commitment to fostering impactful learning environments. 

Fiona holds an EdD in International School Leadership and an MEd in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.

Tricia Friedman is a dynamic and insightful leader currently serving as Director at Shifting Schools, where she weaves together futures and AI literacies while cultivating queer wisdom and neurodivergent thinking through the lens of digital humanities and deep listening practices. Based in Canada, Tricia brings over a decade of experience developing impactful workshops and trainings in education and leadership, crafting innovative learning experiences for thousands of educators. 

Her experience in diverse educational settings across seven schools and countries has honed her exceptional interpersonal abilities and deep appreciation for complexity, allowing her to effectively lead staff development initiatives. A passionate advocate for educator empowerment, Tricia is committed to providing the tools for success in a rapidly evolving landscape.
