September 19 to 20 2025
The conference is specifically crafted for educators eager to explore and share effective instructional strategies leveraging AI tools, all while considering the crucial ethical dimensions for student learning.
Our program features four simultaneous sessions on both days. The majority of these are hands-on workshops led by experienced AI educators and AI experts, focusing on practical instructional approaches you can implement in the classroom and efficiency pathways for work. Alongside these, one session will showcase demonstrations from various EdTech companies, providing insights into the capabilities and applications of their AI-powered tools.
These sessions cover topics ranging from foundational skills like prompt engineering to advanced applications in emotional intelligence, time management, assessment, activity design with tools like Canva, supporting executive function, and efficient grading. Several sessions highlight specific AI tools and platforms, including Toddle AI, and explore AI's potential in language learning (Portuguese case study) and multimedia creation.
Furthermore, the program delves into data analysis with AI, futures literacy in the context of AI, and creating personalized learning pathways for high school students using AI (case study with Flint at ISC).
A significant component involves hands-on exploration of various AI tools such as Gemini, Notebook LM, ChatGPT, DeepSeek, and others, alongside opportunities for networking among educators based on their grade level and positions to discuss ideas and challenges related to AI implementation.
