Campus Access Hours for Parents
Access is granted during the following times for student drop-off and pick-up only:
Morning Drop-off: 7:50–8:10 a.m.
Afternoon Pick-up: 2:45–3:10 p.m.
Late Pick-up: 4:10–4:30 p.m.
Sign-In & Out Procedures:
Parents with a parent badge entering campus between 8:15 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. must sign in and out with security.
All other visitors must sign in and out with security and receive a visitors badge.
All parents and visitors must always wear a visible lanyard and badge while on campus.
Lunch Deliveries Procedures:
Parents/guardians delivering lunches should leave them with security. Security will ensure timely delivery to students’ classrooms. Please clearly label the lunch package with your child’s name and class.
Morning Drop-Off Times:
Students may be dropped off between 7:50 a.m. and 8:10 a.m. Supervision begins at 7:50 a.m. Playgrounds are unsupervised before this time.
Drop Off Procedures in the morning

Classes start promptly at 8:10am and all learners need to be in their classrooms at this time
Vehicles enter the campus through the Andre Nikolica street gate and exit through the Banjickih Zrtava street gate
Learners with permission to walk to school should enter the campus at the gate at Andre Nikolica street.
Parents are welcome to walk their children to classrooms in the morning, but remember you cannot park inside the school premises (Except for PK parents)
Drop off for Pre-K learners at the Early Years Playground. PK parents can park for a short period of time on the left lanes of school parking spaces.
Late Arrivals:
Students arriving after 8:10 a.m. must report to the Primary School office to collect a late slip.
Grades 2–5: Students may proceed to their classrooms independently.
PK–Grade 1: Parents may accompany younger students to their classrooms.
Dismissal Times:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Classes end at 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday: Classes end at 3:15 p.m.
Pick Up procedures in the afternoon
Pick up is promptly at 3pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. On Wednesday pick up is at 3:15pm.
Pick up from CCAs (Co-Curricular Activities) is promptly 4:15pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. On Wednesday pick up is at 4:30pm.

School gates open at 15 minutes before pick times.
Extended day on Wednesday (3:15pm pick up)
The school day on Wednesday is longer by 15 minutes. Please do not arrive early for pick up on this day as dismissal is at 3:15pm and arriving early at the campus causes problems for our neighbors along the street.
Late Pick-Up:
Staff will wait approximately 10 minutes after dismissal.

The Primary School drop-off and pick-up procedures are very important to ensure the safety of all ISB students and to prevent traffic congestion. Parking is extremely limited so please adhere to these guidelines.
Parents who would like to park and accompany their child to class or the playground must park in the three lanes furthest from the road.
The fourth lane is for a short stop of less than 10 minutes.
No vehicle is to be left unattended in the lane nearest the road. This is for drive through and quick drop off only. The speed limit in the Lower School car park is 20 km/h.
Planned Early Pick-Up:
Parents/guardians must notify the homeroom teacher and the Primary School Secretary in advance (no later than 2:30pm) via email or phone.

Upon arrival, parents/guardians must:
Sign in at the school entrance.
Proceed to the Primary School office to meet their child.
Obtain a departure slip from the secretary.
Present the departure slip to security when exiting.
Illness/Injury Early Pick-Up:
If a child must leave due to illness or injury, the Primary School office assistant, doctor, or nurse will contact the parent.
Follow the same procedure: sign in, meet your child at the Primary School office, obtain a departure slip, and give it to security upon exit.
There is supervision for students from 7:50am and not before.
The school day officially starts at 8:10am. Students arriving after 8:15am will be considered late and must check in with the Primary School Receptionist in the main villa. See below for procedure.
Classes finish at 3:00pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. There is a 3:15pm dismissal on Wednesdays. After School Activities take place on Tuesdays through Friday from 3:15pm to 4:15pm (and 3:30pm-4:30pm on Wednesdays). Students who are not collected on time will wait in the Primary School Reception area.
After-school activities teachers are only responsible for the supervision of their students until 4:15pm (or 4:30pm on Wednesdays). Students who are not collected on time will wait to be picked up at the Lower School Reception for 15-20 minutes.

Students are allowed to walk home with written permission from their parents. If parents wish to grant such permission to their child, they are kindly requested to send a short statement to Ms. Ivana Jovanovic, Primary School Secretary, at ijovanovic@isb.rs.
The permission is valid for the current school year and it needs to be renewed at the beginning of each following school year.
After School Use of School’s Playgrounds
Parents and students can use the school's playgrounds after school until 4:30pm daily. There are two age appropriate playgrounds:
6+ playground - children below the age of 6 cannot use this playground
3 - 6 year old playgrounds (the EY playground behind the Music room)
The school does not provide supervision services at this time as teachers are busy in classrooms and meetings preparing for the next day’s learning.
Children playing on school campuses after school must be closely supervised by their parents or care-giver.
School Indoor Spaces
Studnets are ONLY allowed in indoor spaces after dismissal for Co-Curricular Activities or pre-arrange appointments.

Indoor spaces are referred to: classrooms, library, office spaces, Collaboration Room in the Primary School
