Pick-up and Drop-off

There will be staggered drop-off times for students based on their grade level. To further ensure the health and safety of our students, teachers and staff, parents will not be allowed into the building during this time. Designated staff will arrange for assistance with students at all drop off points. Information will be emailed to families on 12 August outlining the drop-off and pick-up procedures, times and locations (including maps) by grade level.

Will there still be PTA events on campus?

Due to COVID-19 measures and the need to create a safe environment for our students, faculty and staff, PTA events will be primarily conducted through virtual means or off-campus in small group settings and adhering to physical distancing requirements.

Will the school still hold Back-to-school night?

All parent events for large groups of people will be conducted virtually at this time. We are exploring options for the future to possibly arrange for smaller groupings at staggered times/dates to limit the density of adults in the building.

Will parent information sessions still occur?

We will host virtual/online information sessions for each grade level once the students and faculty/staff have seattle into the start-of-school process. Parent information sessions will be conducted virtually for the foreseeable future. More information will be provided on the various sessions in the coming weeks.
