The Somekh lab is focused on developing computational methods for understanding the system-level biology that governs the human body's homeostasis and alterations that drive the development of brain related disorder, focusing on Alzheimer's and Autism. Our goal is to develop novel data science methods that combine data-driven with model-driven methods to better understand health and disease conditions, in specific brain related disorders.
