2047

“WAKE UP!”
“WHY are you shouting at me, idiot?” Martin replies… and while he was waking up, Tomas says “You are 15 minutes late! We have to go to work!”

”What? Why didn’t you wake me up earlier?”
“You never wake up earlier than 8:00”.... 

After a fast bath and breakfast, both of them were running in the tunnel of bunker 2047. Then they arrived at their station.
“Why are you late?” a big guy in front of the gate says.
“Sorry, Michael, we were late. What are we doing today?” Tomas says when he is showing an ID card.
“I don't know, why are you asking me?”
“Maybe you will know.”
When both of them were inside, they looked at the schedule.
“Really?” Martin says. “We are going to the middle zone to kill mold, that will be funny.”
“EVERYONE HERE?” shouts a commander when everybody is at the center of the station.
“YES SIR.” It sounded choral.
“OK, today is a special day. We need to clean the middle zone from mold and other vermin”. Is everybody OK with this?”
“YES SIR.”
Refusing to the commander was a self-death; that means no one said something other than “YES SIR.”
“OK, then let’s go, go, go.”

Everyone was standing in front of a giant gate that opened the way to the middle zone, the last part of the bunker that you can go to if you are not an explorer of the surface. The middle zone changed from the time when Martin and Tom were there last. On the walls of the middle zone was a lot of some yellow mold. On the ground were a lot of lotus and other little living things.
“OK, now kill them all!” the commander shouts, and all people start shooting a white goo at the mold, which freezes them and kills them. This was Martin’s job. Tom’s job was to take a giant vacuum and take all of the insects on the ground. It was brutal but important for the expedition team to go on the surface. It was a boring job, but what can he do? It was his idea to join the cleaners’ job.
After a lot of time, middle zone 12 was clean, but it was only one out of 20.
“OK, good job everyone, now go back to the station. You deserve a rest for now."

“LUNCH, EVERYBODY HERE, LUNCH!”
“No,” Martin says when they go to the cantine. When he was at the pulpit and saw what the main course was, he said soup will feed him a lot. When he sat at the table, he saw someone from the expedition sitting next to him.
“What is on the surface?” he asks, hearing himself tell it.
“Why do you ask?” a guy says.
“I don't know, just tell me!”
“OK, on the surface there are a lot of dead-live trees and a little bit of water. Do you want to join us?”
“Really, I can?” Martin says.
“Yes, of course, we have some new places after the…”
“After what?”
“Nothing. If you want to join, tonight at the expedition station.”
“OK. Thanks.”

He hates his job and when there was a opportunity why not.
After the conversation, he finally tried the soup. It was disgusting like always.

Martin was standing in front of the expedition station waiting for reception.
“Hello,” a little voice said, and Martin turned around.
“You want to join the expedition team?”
“YES.”
“OK, follow me.”
Then they entered the room with some suites, then with cars, and then a room with beds.
“OK, go to sleep. Tomorrow we go to the surface,” the little man said and walked away.
Martin was just staying there, wondering how fast it was, but who cares.

Being woken up by angry Tom was better than this. At the expedition centre they woke you up with a big bell.

“EVERYBODY TO THE SUITES!”

He needs to listen to it twice to know what he needs to do. He takes the suit that magically appears there. After 2 minutes everybody was sitting in the 2 massive 6 wheel cars. In one car were 6 people and 2 drivers.

The car starts moving.

“What happens outside?” Martin says.

“I know,” someone from back says. “In 2032 civilizations destroyed planet Earth with factories and trash, then all people were living underground.”

"Now its 2052 and we live underground at bunker 2047 lot of numbers"

“Ooooooooo,” Martin says.

The car goes to the middle zone that Martin cleaned yesterday. And then the doors open, not to the middle zone but to the surface. 

The first thing that he saw was blinding light in his eyes. After the blindness he felt another feeling.

A beautiful smell of… what was that? He didn't know. Then he turned around and saw it.

The surface. It was beautiful. He didn't know what types of trees those were, but they were conifers.

The car sharply stopped. Martin almost fell, but did not.

“OK, we are going outside.”

He steps on the soft ground.

It was different from normal ground.

The ground was filled with trash and plastic but most of it was grass.

“OK everybody you will be spread in to 2 groups and find all you can’

“Yes sir, everybody say

How it was said the two groups spread around the forest.

For Martin it was a miracle.

They were walking for like 1 hour in the plastic forest and then they found it.

A corpse of some animal.

One of the group named Ben, a commander of group 1 crouch to it and start sharing it.

“Deer” Says.”What is deer?

Martin says.

“Deer are herbivores typical to local forest”.

“he has a plastic in his stomach”

“This one was young”

“Trash Kill him but something it his body

“But what eats it?” Martin asks.

“Maby wolf pack…..Yes wolf pack”.

“What is wolf"?:

Stop asking supid questions

“What will we do?” someone said.

I don't know, I don't know.

“OK send someone to tell it to the commander”.

“You in the back”

Point to some guy named Jerry...

Jerry was a little guy he saw him when he was joining the expedition groups.

“You will go”

“OK” Jerry says and goes to the cars.

Jerry was not the smartest one of the group.

He was dumb in bunker school; he only has bad grades.

He really doesn't know what a wolf is but it was a cool name for an animal better than his.

Now he was walking around the forest try to find the 2 cars but he has no idea.4

Then he heard something like snarling.

He turned around and saw a dog???

This dog was bigger with grey hair and big teeth.

“Hello little dog, what do you want?

When he starts speaking the dog starts snarling more.

“Hey be good… I'm friendly”.

When Jerry was  talking to the first one another appeared and another.

“Hey, hey, hey… too many”.

Another and another.

The first one jump

Taking Jerry to the ground and starting to bite him.

The second one bite him to the hand and third on to leg  

It was fast wolves tore up jerry like chicken.

After 2 minutes all that was left over was just his bag and bones.

“Where is the idiot?” Ben asks.

“I don't know," Martin says.

“Didn’t ask you…” Ben replies. 

“What will we do?” some one says

“OK, the Idiot is somewhere because he found a bottle of some alcohol and now he is sleeping somewhere".

“OK Martin, Emil, and Robin will go find Jerry and then go to say to guys in cars we will come after.”

“YES SIR” 

“Awesome then, go!”

They knew where the cars were, but not Jerry. After a lot of minutes, Bobin shouts…

“HEY! I FOUND SOMETHING!”

Everybody went there..

“That’s a bag… That’s Jerry’s bag!”

Yes, but what is it doing there?

“Guys!” Emil says.

“What?”

“I found Jerry…”

Every body were standing on Jerry, tore up Jerry

There were 2 things that the expedition team agreed on.

First: Jerry is dumb. Second: Mendez is ######### 

Mendez was a driver with a big big ego.

He was thinking that when he is a driver he is something more.

Now he was sitting in front of a car with some toast in his hands.

The weather was bad, it was raining and foggy.

He wanted to take a bite when someone disturbed.

“Jerry is dead.. wolves are here. Get out!”

“Wait Wait Wait… What? You care about the dumb guy?”

“No.. Wolves are here! Get out!”

Really, there were wolves.

A pack of wolves were chasing Emil, Robin, and Martin.

After they discover Jerry, the wolves were chasing them.

When Mendez saw them, he was panicking.

He entered the truck and closed the door, leaving the three out with the wolves.

The cars were parked in a big glade.

The driver of the second car was with the second group.

When Mendez closed the door, the trio were separated.

Emil went to the car with Mendez inside.

Robin was to the left.

And Martin to the right.

Everybody had 1 or 2 behind him. Martin was the one with 2.

Emil climbed on the doors but the wolf went after him.

Mendez inside watching it all happen.

A wolf bit Emil in the leg and pulled him down.

While Emil falls to the group, he grabs the handle and opens the door.

Mendez shouts, Emil is in front of him and clinging for help.

Mendez just closes the door shut, and just watches while Emil is trying to survive.

Robin was running from wolves to right where there was a dead tree on the ground.

He jumped on it 

But the wolf jumps as well.

Robin was scared and fell.

When he fell over he spun the tree and the wolf jumped on some sharp branches and died. 

Martin had it harder. He had 2 wolves who were chasing him.

It was hard to run in a lot of plastic that was on the ground.

One of the wolves jumped to him, but Martin crouched and survived.

The wolf jumped over him, that meant he was surrounded by wolves.

One of them starts running.

The second was running too.

There was no escape.

When the wolves were close Martin jumped and wolves collided.

BAM!

Both Wolves were lying on the ground. Martin looked at Mendez ' car and saw Emil lying on the ground dead. And the wolf above him.

Martin ran.

When he was 10 meters from the car the wolf saw him.

“Oh, really? Another?” Martin says.

He jumped on the door of the car and opened it.

Mendez looked at him.

“Get out!!! I don't want a wolf here”.

“Yes I don't want the wolves here too.. Get out!!” Martin says.

Martin takes Mendez and throws him out of the car.

Mendez landed on the wolf under him.

Mendez was hurt.

“HELP ME!” Mendez was shouting but Martin pretended to not listen to him.

He starts the engine and drives.

The wolf was chasing Martin like Mendez was a bad snack.

Martin realized he didn't close the door.

When he wanted to, the wolf jumped to him.

In that moment the second group showed up and saw a car going there direction.they ran.

The car doesn't stop, it still goes faster and faster.

Group 2 jumps to the sides to not be crushed.

After 1 minute the car finally stops.. and out of it appears Martin with a dead wolf in his hands.

“YOU HAVE ONLY ONE QUEST: FIND JERRY NOT LET YOURSELF BE EATEN BY WOLVES THAT ALMOST KILLED THE SECOND GROUP!" Ben shouts.

“Yes, okay… but when we found Jerry it was too late… he was dead and wolves were eating him…”

“SHUT UP!! EMIL IS DEAD AND MENDEZ IS HURT” Ben shouts.

“Mendez, ha. You mean that stupid miserable dude who doesn't help anybody and stays in his car…” Martin says.

“HOW DARE YOU TALK LIKE THAT ABOUT MY WORKER?? 

You were not there you cant tell anithing.

YOU WERE THE ONE THAT HURT HIM. YOU HAVE LOST YOUR EXPEDITION PERMISSION! FIND ANOTHER JOB”.

After meeting with Ben. Martin was standing at the tunnel of bunker 2047 in front of the expedition station.

It was 15:00, lunch was served and Martin didn’t want to eat some vegetables from the bunker farm.

He can join the cleaning station again, that would be the best choice.

After 2 days he was sitting at the canteen with the same disgusting soop.

“Can I sit?” Someone asks,

“Yes, of course”

“Thanks… I have a question. Do you know someone who can go to the expedition team?

“Yes, his name is Tom. He is working at a cleaning station…”
