A: You are signed into an ICSD managed email. If you sign out and sign in with a personal email account, this will give you access to those site(s).
Q: Why I am getting an unauthorized user message when logging in to a school Chromebook?
A: The school Chromebook will only allow logins from ironschools.org or ironmail.org email accounts. All students have an ironschools.org email account.
Q: Can I use the Chromebook for non-school related uses?
A: Only if you are on your own personal Internet account. Students using School District mobile hotspots should only use them for school related use.
Q: Can I keep a Chromebook at home over the summer?
A: No. The Chromebook and cord need to be returned to the school when it resumes or by May 21st. Which ever comes first.
Q: What should I do if my account says that it has been disabled by a school admin?
A: You should contact your school principal, and they will put in a request for the account to be activated.
