This class is designed to help the students understand the different aspects of overall health and wellness as it relates to the body, mind and relationships. The students will learn about their role in their own personal health and well being.

2. Participate in every aspect of class (warm-ups, drills, quizzes, discussion, games).
Each student may also expect quizzes, test, projects on the material covered in class.
