Theatre Usage Forms

The Indian River Central School District now uses ML Schedules for reservation and use of our facilities, including the Indian River Theatre of Performing Arts.

If you are an IRCSD employee requesting use of our theatre that is related to your position at school, use your IRCSD Google account to sign in to ML Schedules. If you are an outside user or an employee requesting use of our theatre for non-school-related reasons, make a separate account in ML Schedules using your personal email account.

All requests should be submitted at least 7 days in advance.

This form is used to request the use and borrowing of any equipment, property, set pieces and costumes from the theatre. This form must be filled out at least TWO WEEKS prior to the start date of the requested use. Anything you wish to borrow from the theatre must be approved by Theatre staff. Filling out this form does not guarantee the approval of utilizing theatre property.

This form is used to request possible funding assistance for arts-based educational programming. It should be used prior to the year that you would like to request the program, as requesting funding during the school year you wish to hold a program does not guarantee that there will be any funds left. Submitting a request for funding does not guarantee funding. Additionally, depending on the program, partial funding may only be available. If you are unsure that an event would qualify for the Arts in Education funding, please submit your request and we will be able to let you know.
